Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer laws.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wagsandwhiskerz.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Return Conditions (if a return is required)

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return must be approved before sending anything back
  • We cover return shipping only for faulty or incorrect items

Shipping Times & Delays
As we work with international suppliers, delivery times may vary. Shipping delays are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.

Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
