90% of orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Under special circumstances some orders may take up to 8 days to be processed depending on the supplier.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Times
As we work with international suppliers, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: Typically 7–30 business days
- International: Typically 10–50 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
